It is a combination of all three, and more. Tinnihush is an online programme that you use through a web page, but it has been designed to feel simple and app-like. On most phones and tablets, you can also add it to your home screen so it opens much like an app. There is no app store download. Everything runs from the Tinnihush website, and your sessions are organised for you as part of your personal programme.
